Sessions that are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and feel confident training in the gym. You’ll receive personalised coaching and individual attention, while still benefiting from the motivation of training in a group. Sessions follow structured, progressive programming, helping you improve consistently over time. Suitable for all levels and abilities, with training adapted to each individual.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be done within 24 hours, excluding unusual circumstances such as illness, bereavement etc. If you fail to inform the coach prior to 24 hours, you will risk forfeiting the session.
