Service Description
A functional fitness class designed to improve conditioning, build your engine, and enhance overall fitness. Sessions combine functional movement patterns with endurance-based conditioning, similar to Hyrox. Workouts are structured, challenging, and fully scalable to suit all fitness levels. Train in a supportive, motivating, group environment where workouts are fun and engaging, helping you stay consistent and finish the week strong. Suitable for all levels and abilities, with training adapted to each individual.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be done within 24 hours, excluding unusual circumstances such as illness, bereavement etc. If you fail to inform the coach prior to 24 hours, you will risk forfeiting the session.
